Magical Vacations by Jude operates as an independent (contractor) travel advisor under a host agency.
We assist clients with research, planning, and booking by connecting them with trusted third-party travel suppliers.
All reservations, payments, policies, and terms are ultimately governed by the supplier fulfilling the travel service.
By booking travel through us, you acknowledge that we do not own or operate the suppliers providing your accommodations, flights, transportation, activities, or vacation packages.
Third-Party Travel Suppliers
Travel components—including but not limited to resort stays, cruises, tours, flights, excursions, transfers, and insurance—are fulfilled by third-party suppliers such as Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, Disney Destinations, cruise lines, airlines, and tour operators.
Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, policies, and rules. By booking through us, you agree to review and comply with those supplier terms.
We are not responsible for changes in supplier pricing, availability, schedules, or policies.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but travel details—including pricing, availability, health requirements, and entry regulations—can change at any time.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to review final documents and verify accuracy before travel.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal information for all travelers
- Reviewing all supplier terms, conditions, and documentation
- Meeting passport, visa, vaccination, and identification requirements
- Arriving on time for flights, transfers, and activities
- Confirming reservation details before departure
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as illness, weather, delays, or cancellations.
Payments and Pricing
All payments for travel services are made directly to the supplier or the host agency’s secure booking portal, not through Magical Vacations by Jude.
Prices are not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmed by the supplier.
We are not responsible for supplier price changes, system errors, or promotional changes that occur before booking is finalized.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
All cancellation policies, refund rules, change fees, and deadlines are determined by the travel supplier fulfilling the booking.
We do not issue refunds directly and cannot override supplier rules. Travelers are responsible for reviewing supplier cancellation policies and terms and conditions before booking.
Limitation of Liability
Magical Vacations by Jude is not liable for:
- Supplier cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or service interruptions
- Acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel
- Errors or omissions by airlines, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, or transportation providers
Your travel contract is ultimately between you and the supplier providing the service.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance.
Declining travel insurance is done at your own risk, and you assume responsibility for any financial losses resulting from unexpected events.
We are not a licensed insurance agency; therefore, I cannot answer specific questions regarding policy coverage. I can however refer you to the respective insurance agent with your travel protection supplier who can get you the answers that you are looking for.

All website content—including text, images, and branding—is owned by Magical Vacations by Jude and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.
