2026 Travel Planning: Inspiring Trips My Clients Are Booking Early

And Why Thoughtful, Stress-Free Planning Starts Early

2026 travel planning is already underway as couples and families begin booking meaningful trips that go far beyond a simple vacation.

These are just a taste of what kinds of trips my clients are asking me to plan for them in 2026. Each one is different, but they all share the same goal: magical memories without the overwhelm.

A Sandals Honeymoon: Turning Inspiration into a Love Story

Secluded beachfront at Sandals Regency La Toc in Saint Lucia, ideal for a luxury honeymoon escape.

One of the most exciting trips I’m planning for 2026 is a honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc in Saint Lucia.

Like many couples today, this honeymoon began with inspiration. They saw something online that sparked a dream. My role was to take that inspiration and transform it into a thoughtfully planned, stress-free experience that feels uniquely theirs.

From choosing the right room category to planning around the best time to travel, this is where expert honeymoon planning truly matters. Social media can show you what’s possible, but intentional planning is what turns it into a seamless, unforgettable start to married life.

If you’re a 2026 bride, you already have so much on your plate with wedding planning, so why don’t you leave honeymoon planning to me?

Ringing in the New Year With Family in Rome

2026 travel planning

Another special trip on my 2026 calendar is a family New Year’s celebration in Rome! Italy is a destination filled with history, beauty, and unforgettable moments.

This family is checking off bucket-list experiences together, including:

  • Stepping inside the Coliseum to revel in its glory
  • Admiring the Sistine Chapel
  • Tossing a coin into the Trevi Fountain
  • Welcoming the New Year with a luxurious holiday dinner at one of the city’s most elegant hotels

International family travel requires careful pacing and planning, especially during a busy season like New Year’s.

If you are wanting to plan memorable travel over the holidays this year, let’s get started planning early so that we’re able to create a balanced itinerary that allows time for sightseeing and connection without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

A Birthday Celebration in Japan: Disney, Culture & Nature

Tranquil scenic view of Tokyo, Japan, blending city scenery with nature.

One 2026 trip I’m especially excited about is a birthday celebration in Japan, planned as a meaningful experience rather than a fast-paced checklist.

This trip blends:

  • Tokyo Disney and a Hello Kitty–themed park
  • Cultural immersion and local traditions
  • Time spent enjoying Japan’s natural beauty

Japan is a destination where thoughtful planning makes all the difference. Transportation, timing, and cultural considerations can feel intimidating, but with the right guidance, the experience becomes exciting instead of stressful. Planning early allows this trip to feel immersive, intentional, and truly memorable.

If you or someone you love has a milestone birthday coming up, let’s plan something that will bring memories for years to come.

Disney World + Universal Orlando for a Family With Teens

Epic Universe entrance at Universal Orlando Resort showcasing the ornate tower, glowing signage, and evening sky.

For families with teenagers, theme park vacations are about maximizing fun and keeping everyone happy, and this 2026 trip does exactly that.

This family wanted to experience both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando, with Epic Universe as a major highlight. Planning a trip that includes multiple parks and resorts requires strategy, especially when teens are involved.

By planning ahead, we’re able to:

  • Choose resort locations that reduce travel stress
  • Balance high-energy park days with downtime
  • Make Epic Universe a highlight without sacrificing Disney magic

This is where stress-free planning turns a busy itinerary into an enjoyable experience for the whole family.

If you are brave enough to tackle both Universal Studios and Disney World in one trip, make sure you plan with me so that you have a strategic plan that works best for your family.

A RunDisney Weekend for a Couple Who Never Outgrew the Magic

Beauty and the Beast topiary at EPCOT showcasing detailed character designs made from living plants.

One of my most inspiring trips I’ve planned for 2026 is for an adult couple who truly love all things Disney. They’re the kind of couple who finds joy in the details, the storytelling, and the nostalgia that makes Disney so special.

This trip centers around a RunDisney event, combining their love for running with their shared love of Disney. But it’s not just about race weekend. We’re turning it into a meaningful celebration, including a romantic birthday dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant. This will be a perfect blend of fairy-tale atmosphere combined with intentional time to sit still and just be together.

Trips like this are a reminder that Disney isn’t something you grow out of. For many couples, it’s a place where memories were made, and where new ones continue to be created.

With thoughtful planning I can work with you to craft a Disney vacation that can feel magical, nostalgic, and deeply personal, especially when it’s designed just for two.

Why 2026 Travel Planning Makes All the Difference

While these trips range from luxury honeymoons to international travel to theme park adventures, they all have something important in common:

✨ They’re planned around meaningful moments
✨ They’re designed to reduce stress, not add to it
✨ They allow travelers to simply show up and enjoy

I focus on curating magical vacations that feel effortless, personal, and thoughtfully planned.

Thoughtful 2026 travel planning allows my clients to focus on meaningful moments instead of logistics and stress.
